I'm glad you enjoy my website! I have not published any of the recipes I use on the website as they are not mine to do so. All these yummy cake recipes I get from great books such as "The Essential Guide to Cake Decorating" - Murdoch Books, "Planet Cake" - Paris Cutler and "The Crabapple Bakery Cupcake Cookbook" - Jennifer Graham. These three books are my absolute favourite, giving you the basic cake recipe, techniques and product information. They also have some cake designs with step by step instructions or simply use their recipe for the basic cake then let your creativity take over! As for the experimental cakes I have been doing (as above) I have simply been using the base recipe as found in these books and playing with flavours eg. adding a Peppermint Crisp & a little peppermint essence for the peppermint mud and adding a Cherry Ripe to get the Cherry Ripe mud.
