Gingerbread Cupcakes

I finished icing the remaining gingerbread cupcakes yesterday. I decided on vanilla buttercream decorated with crystalised ginger. The kids are not fans of the ginger pieces on top but the cakes themselves go down a treat! |
I got my new Wilton decorating turntable yesterday. I’m very excited, now just need a reason to make a cake so I can test it out!

mmmmmmm yummo!!! Seeing as i got the lick the bowl i can definatley say that the icing is divine!!!
