Citrus Mud Cake

I have found the recipe for the most delicious cake, Citrus Mud Cake!! I decided to test this cake out and was extremely happy with the results. It is a very dense cake with a lovely citrus taste, a nice refreshing change to regular mud cake. I used a citrus sour cream ganache to cover this cake as the recipe suggested and it was simply devine! This one was well liked by all my taste testers who range greatly in age. Even my four year old loved this one. Overall, a lovely cake which will become a regular with my family!
